1Maximum 10 minutes to finalize the purchase

If the purchase process is not completed within this time, your reservation will be void and you must reserve the ticket again.

2Enter your information correctly

Please be careful to enter the required information correctly during the purchase process, because when a problem occurs this information will be used and is assumed to be correct. EasyTicket also considers the registered information as the information related to the ticket owner.

3Ticket issuance as soon as possible in case of a problem

If an error caused by EasyTicket occurs during the ticket purchase process, EasyTicket is obliged to issue the ticket to the buyer as soon as possible without any extra charge.

4Refund is not possible after ticket issuance

Users can contact the EasyTicket customer service unit to learn how to use the ticket. After the ticket is issued, refunding, returning, or exchanging the ticket is not possible in any way.

5Organizers have no responsibility regarding the ticket

The responsibility for keeping and maintaining the ticket lies with the buyer, and the organizers have no responsibility for lost, damaged, or copied tickets.

6If you purchase more than one seat

If the number of selected seats is more than one, the information registered on the ticket must match the information of at least one of the participants.

7Ticket check by barcode

Please note that entry to the venue is done by checking the barcode printed on the ticket, so to avoid any incident, be careful when printing or saving the ticket electronically.

8If the ticket is lost or damaged

If your ticket is lost or damaged, you can visit the EasyTicket website and log in to your user dashboard to receive it again. You can also receive the ticket from the Ticket Tracking section on the homepage.

9Bringing the National ID card is mandatory

Bringing the buyer's national ID card to match the ticket holder's details when entering the event venue is mandatory.

10Legal action in case of ticket forgery

If a forged ticket is observed, its holder will be handed over to the judicial-police authority present at the venue and will be dealt with according to the law.

11Use the ticket within the specified time

Ticket sales for programs will start and end on specific dates. Obviously, if the ticket is not used within the specified time, it will be invalid.

12Age restrictions

Please pay attention to the age restrictions related to each program and avoid buying tickets for people below the specified age.

13EasyTicket's responsibility towards event content

This site is only responsible for selling the event ticket and has no responsibility regarding the event content or how the service is provided by the organizers and executive officials.

14Legal licenses

All services of this site have the necessary licenses from the relevant authorities and the activity of this site is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

15Event cancellation or postponement

If an event whose ticket sale has been completed or is in progress is canceled or postponed, the refund of the ticket amount will only be possible if the event organizers decide so through this site. Otherwise, buyers must contact the event organizer to find out the latest status or receive their paid amount.

16Observing the venue rules

Any use of audio/video recording devices, photography, and mobile phones during the event is prohibited, and observing Islamic norms is mandatory. If the ticket holder is prevented from entering the venue due to not observing the above, EasyTicket will have no obligation to compensate for the damage.

17After the purchase process, EasyTicket provides the buyer with accurate and complete information about the purchased ticket.

18The issued ticket is not transferable to others.
